My name is Alimamy Kanu, born on 22nd August 2003 in Freetown, Sierra Leone (Mountain Cut Fire Stone). From an early age, I demonstrated a strong commitment to learning, beginning my academic journey at Amaraia Municipal Junior School, where I completed Class 1 through 6. I continued my secondary education at Government Rokel Junior Secondary School, completing JSS1 to JSS3 and successfully sitting for my BECE examinations. I then advanced to Government Rokel Senior Secondary School, completing SSS1 to SSS3 and earning my WASSCE certificate. With a passion for technology, I pursued further studies at One Deen College, obtaining a Diploma in Information Technology, followed by a Higher Diploma in IT at BlueCrest University. Driven by excellence, I enrolled at Ngla University to pursue a Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, graduating with First Class Honors after four years of rigorous study. Professionally, I have gained extensive experience as an IT specialist, including three years at WACE and five years at American Mberssey, where I honed my skills in database management, web design, and IT solutions. Currently, I serve as a Database and Web Design Specialist at One Deen College, applying my technical expertise to support the institution’s growth and digital initiatives. My journey reflects a consistent commitment to academic excellence, professional development, and contributing meaningfully to the field of Information Technology.
